Pastificio Setaro is the only third-generation producer to have preserved the artisanal production of pasta in Torre Annunziata, the ancient capital of the "white art". The pasta is made exclusively from selected durum wheat semolina and the company's own spring water. The unique method of slow air-drying (24 to 120 hours, depending on the format) preserves the high nutritional value and incomparable taste of Setaro pasta.
Perhaps the best pasta in the world, it is also known among connoisseurs as the "white gold of Naples". Una Pasta Artigianale!
