The Paris-based label Jacques Solovière was founded in 2014 and offers a completely new take on classic styles.

Alexia Aubert is the designer behind this brand, which she named after her grandfather. She honed her innovative skills as an assistant to Christian Louboutin and as studio director at Pierre Hardy, and her own label now embodies a modern sense of style.

The Raymond model lends the folded-leather design a sophisticated and modern look. The striking upper, crafted from a single piece of high-quality calf suede, creates a silhouette with subtle volume. 

The optional "Slack Kilt" tab can be easily attached to the laces and gives the shoe a Scottish look.
