Blue Jeans "Berlin Bespoke" made from original Italian Cotton Denim

The jeans have only recently become part of Maximilian Mogg's tailoring program. He was inspired by one of his three great style idols: Mr. Fred Hughes - for those who are interested: the other two are Baron Alexis de Redé and Mr. Bryan Ferry, on whom Maximilan Mogg's dinner jackets for Michael Jondral are based. The manager of Andy Warhol's Factory was regarded as a constant source of stylistic inspiration for the bohemian look of the New York art aristocracy and in internal circles as the inventor of the Warhol look. He had his suits cut on London's Savile Row; his shirts on Jermyn Street. One day, Hughes came up with the idea of taking his American Levi's 501 to his tailor on Savile Row to have them tailored in the style of English tailored trousers. The result was a pair of high-waisted, creased wide-leg jeans that Hughes wore expertly with suit jackets, classic shirts and conservative ties, ultimately leading to a - excuse our French - poor copy by Warhol. Mogg took this story of his style idol as an opportunity to celebrate the great Fred Hughes and design a pair of classic high-waisted jeans with a crease in the elegant proportions of London's Mayfair of days gone by, but unforgotten.

Combine in style with a vintage tie from Petronius 1928 or simply a polo shirt. Match with a belt from Il Micio or clip suspenders from Albert Thurston.
