The "AL II" trench is an icon in the collection. It is based on the classic trench coat that established itself in the men's wardrobe between the two world wars. The name "AL" is derived from the name of the French philosopher Albert Camus, who made the trench coat an icon in the 1950s and took away its military aura by removing the epaulettes.

A coat with raglan shoulders, cuffs, double-breasted buttons at the front and a typical tie belt are the characteristic features of this coat. The double back offers special rain protection. Slanted buttoned pockets complete this unusual shape. The generous cut with round shoulders, the "sloping raglan sleeve cut", creates a shape that generously hugs the body. A detachable collar made from tweed jersey provides warming protection against the cold.
