Coherence
Jacket "Kees" in Japanese Selvedge Logger Denim
SKU: CO34008.3
MJ'S DETAILS
"The Wardrobe of Legends" is the credo of the collection. Coherénce combines sartorial techniques with Japanese fabrics and the typical Japanese obsession with detail.
In the capsule collection "Sarrau", the creative team of Coherénce particularly invokesrole models from the world of work. Sarrau stands as a metaphor for the smock smeared with oil paint and the "fatigue" work trousers stained with plaster.
The "KEES" model is inspired by the Chore Jacket that painter Kees Van Dongen wore in one of his portraits in 1952. He was a member of the progressive artist group "Die Brücke" and lived out his creativity in his clothing as well. So in this jacket, which he used to wear instead of a painter's smock.
A jacket with universally practical pockets and the typical double-breasted shape of historical workwear.
The Japanese woven fabric, a 10oz selvedge logger denim, iswoven exclusively for Coherénce and makes this jacket a great companion for your innovative casual outfit.
