In 1676, incredible 340 years ago, the company John Lock & Co. was founded and is still resident in the London's No.6, St. James Street as a royal hatter.
The "Boater" is usually translated in German as a "circular saw" and is known in particular from the movie "The Great Gatsby". The summer hat for a real dandy!
