MJ'S DETAILS

The tiny knitting workshop in Glenugie specializes in knitting Shetland knitwear. Before knitting, the yarns are washed with seawater in the unique climate of the Aberdeen hinterland, giving them a softness that is otherwise uncommon for Shetland sweaters. A very special feature of Glenugie’s knitwear is its subtly sporty “Flat Knit” texture, achieved by knitting on particularly old circular knitting machines.

This sweater was knitted in the round as a "Circular Knit" without side seams and features stunning color shades that reflect Scottish culture. This sweater is the perfect companion for colder days and complements your casual outfit perfectly. It looks great with corduroy pants or winter chinos from Rota, or simply with jeans made from authentic Japanese denim by Resolute!
