William Lockie is one of Scotland's oldest family-run luxury knitwear companies, based in Hawick. Rich in history and tradition, it has been operating as a family-run business since 1874. The secret of William Lockie's success is the precision of a unique manufacturing process, coupled with the very highest quality raw materials - cashmere, camelhair, geelong, lambswool and, in summer, a rarer blend of cashmere and linen.

Here is a modern cardigan knitted from the finest lambswool. With its stand-up collar and patch pockets, this cardigan is reminiscent of a bomber jacket. A special feature is the ribbing knitted into the shoulders, back and elbows.
