Limited Edition: Penny Loafer "Unlined Harrow" in French Calf-Suede - Hand-Sewn
Loafer on the Edward Green 61 last, designed specifically for this model. A rounded shape with a sloping toe, in the tradition of English Bespoke shoemaking, which is typical of this model. Elegance is combined with sportiness in this last shape.
The Harrow loafer is inspired by the style of classic loafers worn by Ivy students and was elevated to the highest level of shoemaking by Edward Green. Only a few shoemakers are still able to hand-stitch the instep "apron" seam, and thus only minute quantities of this model are made. An exemplary example of craftsmanship, from the workshop of Edward Green.
The Utah leather, sourced from the Rhine Valley in Alsace, is an Edward Green essential and its texture gives the shoes a wonderfully subtle character. A waxed leather that, despite its pleasant softness, has the highest resistance.
The pit-tanned leather sole was naturally GoodYear processed and makes this shoe the perfect companion for the whole year.
The high durability of a shoe from Edward Green, is supported by the Edward Green repair service we offer. Take advantage of this for the next new value of these handcrafted masterpieces.
